  • Assisting with reservation or event booking workflows

  • Routing inquiries to human venue staff or LargeParty team members when required or requested.

B. Improving the Service

  • Enhancing accuracy of our AI voice and chat models
  • Training and improving our systems, including AI models, using aggregated and, where possible, de-identified data to reduce errors and improve outcomes.
  • Debugging, analytics, and performance optimization

C. Customer Support

  • Providing troubleshooting and assistance
  • Responding to user or venue questions

When you submit an inquiry or speak with our AI agent, we share the relevant contact details, event information, transcripts, and messages with the venue you intend to communicate with.

B. Service Providers

  • SMS providers
  • Analytics and monitoring tools
  • CRM or ticketing integrations

These providers are contractually obligated to keep your data secure and confidential.

Call Recording Notice: Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. By continuing a call with our Service, you consent to recording where permitted by law. In states requiring two-party consent (including California, Florida, Pennsylvania, and others), our AI agent will notify you at the beginning of the call that the conversation may be recorded. If you do not consent, you may end the call and contact the venue directly.

Data Security: We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Although no system is 100% secure, we continuously improve our security practices to protect your data.

AI Limitations: While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Users should independently verify critical details such as pricing, availability, and policies directly with the venue.

No Guarantee of Availability or Booking Outcomes: LargeParty facilitates event inquiries and communications between users and venues but does not guarantee venue availability, pricing, response times, confirmations, or successful bookings.

Information provided through the Service, including AI-generated responses, is offered for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a final confirmation unless explicitly confirmed by the venue.

10b. Platform Role & Payment Facilitation

LargeParty operates as a technology platform that facilitates event inquiries, communications, and, where enabled, payment-related features between users and venues. Pricing, availability, event terms, and policies are determined by the venue. Deposit amounts are set by the venue or collected in accordance with venue-provided guidance. Except where expressly stated otherwise, LargeParty is not a party to any agreement entered into between users and venues. The venue remains solely responsible for fulfilling the event and honoring its terms.

Venues operate independently and are responsible for complying with applicable laws, policies, and regulations.
